Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further notification when it has been dispatched.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times to UK addresses are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. As items are shipped from our supplier network, some orders may take longer to arrive, particularly during busy periods, sales, or holidays. Where an order contains multiple items, these may arrive separately and at different times.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address

As the seller, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue with our suppliers and couriers and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Customs & Import

All orders are shipped to UK addresses. In the rare event an item ships from outside the UK, any applicable duties or taxes will be handled in accordance with UK import rules; we will not pass unexpected charges to you without notice.
