Due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene and health reasons, all lingerie and intimate apparel purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

This policy protects the health and safety of all our customers and reflects standard practice across the intimate apparel industry. As these items are worn against the skin, they cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility.

Order Accuracy

We encourage you to review our sizing guide carefully and check your order details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about fit, materials, or styling, please contact us before ordering — we're happy to help you choose the right item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products.
